Keeping a strict QC system is our major concern and we constantly aim to provide high quality products to our customers. Most of our factories are authorized for several QC standards, including ISO 9001/14001. The inspection process is done according to MIL-STD-105/ANSI/ASQ Z1.4. AQL=0.5%-4%, in line with the product type and usage function. For each item, a detailed inspection record is available, containing inspection standards and historical data.
The inspection process is done in 2 levels:
1. Local factory level
Done by the internal QC department, which has been trained and authorized by the RTS inspection team.
2. RTS inspection level
The local inspection team in the Far East strictly inspects each cargo prior to shipment, and frequently during mass production.
According to our statistical data, about 85% of quality issues are exposed prior to shipment.
